I like this place. Here is what stood out to me: - good indoor and outdoor seating areas - good location just off the highway - plenty of free parking Unlike the other Branford Starbucks, this is a franchise that accepts payment by the app. The morning I came, the place was well staffed, and the coffee was hot.
My first experience here was good. The young man working on Wednesday March 14, 2024 about 6pm was very nice He took my food order and made sure my dragonfruit refresh drink was made correctly the way it should comparing to the Starbuck in Barnes and Noble. He heard my plight from the North Haven Barnes and Noble. Overall I enjoyed it I have gotten refreshers from here but going there myself was my first time. Very clean, spacious enough to do work people were there good display looked good . I definitely recommend this location. The drive thru line is always busy as well.
My favorite Starbucks. They always get my order right. Wish the parking wasn't so small but besides that have nothing bad to say.
It is way beyond time for an updated review. Since my last review, quite a few great employees have come and gone, so this should have been upgraded at least a year or two back. The crew I see now most mornings have been pretty consistent for at least a year. This place continues to be consistently busy. Always a line of cars and at least a few people inside as well waiting for mobile orders. For how busy they are I think they do a great job! They have signs and floor markings to keep everyone going in the right direction and apart at the correct distance. Although, there are always one or two people not paying attention or just not acknowledging. Tends to be hard to enforce with so much bustle. I highly recommend putting in a mobile order ahead of time! Always makes things a bit easier so you can just zip in and out. Great job and apologies for not updating sooner.
It's been a while since I stopped at this location. I mostly always use the drive-thru. This morning on my way to an appointment I decided to go inside. It was neat, and running like a well oiled machine. Everyone was energetic, polite, all smiles, and friendly. Every customer was greeted with a good morning. The best part about my experience was Dori! One of the barrister's told me, "Dori will be right over to take your order." Little did I know it was Dori from one of my favorite restaurant's in Branford. She was just as wonderful today as when I frequented her restaurant for brunch. Thank You Dori, and the entire Branford Starbucks! My white chocolate mocha was hot, tastefully delicious, and came quickly.
